  It is World Book Night on Thursday 23rd April so we are challenging our children to "get caught reading" in their onesies or jimjams to celebrate!!  Take a snap of your little treasure reading a favourite book and send it to us via Twitter (@halewoodcofe).

• Easter Bonnet Parade

  Our Foundation Stage children looked wonderful in their Easter Bonnets and performed brilliantly.  The audience was captivated and a number of tears shed!

  

• Mathletics Hall of Fame - Spring 2

  How often have you been on Mathletics this term?

   

  Would you like to be in the top 100 students in the UK?

   

  Can you help Halewood CofE to be in the top 50 UK classes?

   

  While we are doing well, we could be even better by increasing

  our weekly activity points. The top student in the UK today had 9,500 points.  Can you beat that total?

   

  Year 2 is currently at the top of the table, closely followed by Year 3.  We are very pleased with our Reception children who have won some 2nd and 3rd places this term too.  Keep it up Reception! 

   

  Congratulations to this term’s Mathletes of the week:

  Katy, Kayden, Mollie, Edward and James.

   

  Our overall Mathlete of the term goes to Kayden in Year 2 with a brilliant 18,458 activity points.  Excellent!
