Intent of our Physical Education Curriculum

• For all children to receive outstanding provision of Physical Education, extra curricular sport and competition.
• To ensure that all children love sport and are life-long participants.
• To provide sport for all that is inclusive and supportive of children’s individual ability levels.
• To provide a culture of competitive sport where children can become the best they can be and achieve high levels of success.
• To develop young sports leaders across the school.
• To raise awareness of the importance of healthy and active life-styles and promote this regularly and effectively.
• For all children to become literate with high-level physical education vocabulary.
