Children's University Languages and Story Telling
Children’s University and Liverpool Hope University have teamed up to offer year 5 and 6 pupils an exciting opportunity to attend a fun, educational and interactive language and storytelling ‘lecture’ in a real University lecture theatre.
The session is completely free and each attendee will receive 2 learning hours / credits towards their overall Children’s University certification.

PROGRAMME DETAILS
9.30 – 10.00 Arrival and registration
10.00 – 10.15 Welcome to Liverpool Hope & Children's University.
10.15 - 11.30 Children will take part in the following two sessions during this time:
‘Fairy Tales in Another Language’ – Children will retell a well-known fairy tale in a foreign language.
The session will be interactive, fun and will help children with their language skills.
‘The Day the Crayon Quits’ – Children will be involved in reading the story and explore the characters by acting, drawing and asking questions.
11.30am – 12.00 Optional tours of the campus (mums & dads welcome too)
