New PE Kits
Mon 27 Jul 2015The new school PE Kit will be available from 3rd August. It will be supplied by Trutex Schoolwear, 298 St Mary's Road, Cressington L19 0NQ and will cost £16.90 for shirt and shorts. The new kit will become a compulsory item for September 2016. If you have an existing white kit you would like your child to continue using, please do not worry about replacing it for this academic year. If you do need to purchase a PE kit now or during 2015/2016, please ensure it is the new kit from Trutex.

Summer Reading Challenge
Tue 21 Jul 2015Local library staff have been telling children how to take part in Record Breakers, this year's Summer Reading Challenge.
The children will tell you all about it! All they have to do is read SIX library books and visit the library regularly over the summer, collecting rewards and stickers long the way.
Please encourage your children to visit the library and sign up and see the difference the Summer Reading Challenge makes to their reading.

Sporting Opportunities (Cricket and Hockey)

Whitefield Cricket Club is having a Club Open Day and FREE Child Taster Sessions on Sunday 19th July for any children interested in getting involved in cricket. Anyone is welcome but for coaching regulations, they will need to know how many are attending so registration will be required (child name, age and contact details)

Children's University
